Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) for strategic integration
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence assessments and disruption scenario planning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from conception to pilot implementation
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Mentor junior strategists and foster collaborative innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud Quantum)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and driving strategic change
- Portfolio of successful technology transformation initiatives
