Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web4) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough projects with exponential impact potential
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercial deployment
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTSM) preferred
