- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team of senior developers and data scientists.
- Conduct rigorous technical assessments and prototyping for emerging tech solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
