Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships for strategic acquisition or collaboration
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-generation AI and automation systems
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
