- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing future-facing solutions
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications
- Build scenarios for technology adoption and disruption across industry verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO School, MIT Sloan) a plus
