Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Anticipate ethical and regulatory challenges of emerging technologies and design mitigation frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints to validate future-use-case hypotheses
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong understanding of Web3, decentralized systems, and neurotech integration
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
