Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, integrating AI capabilities into core business processes.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to integrate generative AI tools while maintaining data privacy and ethical standards.
- Define the Future of Work framework, including hybrid work policies, remote collaboration tools, and talent acquisition strategies for a digital-first era.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends in automation, machine learning, and workforce analytics.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical specifications and KPIs.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the impact of strategic initiatives on operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Advocate for inclusive innovation, ensuring diverse perspectives are integrated into our technological evolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, or technology management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, specifically Generative AI models (LLMs) and their business applications.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the San Francisco Bay Area tech landscape or similar high-growth markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
