Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Oversee technology portfolio management and resource allocation for high-impact projects
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology innovation ROI and strategic progress
- Represent the company at industry forums and shape thought leadership in emerging tech
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or executive leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience scaling technology organizations and managing R&D budgets >$50M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) preferred
