Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, IoT, and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2026-2030 trends)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
- Oversee $2M+ annual innovation budget allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-neutral tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning for exponential tech growth
