Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with global megatrends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough technologies in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Architect strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments in emerging domains
- Establish KPIs measuring technological adoption readiness and market disruption potential
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Lead cross-functional task forces executing pilot programs for 2026+ technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, venture capital, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Published thought leadership on technological futures or disruption analysis
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
