Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch pilot projects
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and market disruption models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI of technology investments
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite/VP-level roles
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
