Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration in enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype AI-driven sustainability solutions for 2026 compliance
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with 2026 market forecasts
- Present findings at global innovation summits including Web Summit and CES
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future-tech incubation projects
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or advanced materials science
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating technology commercialization in regulated industries
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
