Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and forecast industry impacts for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis for disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize R&D investments in next-gen capabilities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in high-growth environments
