Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen AI, blockchain, and IoT solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, biocomputing) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for collaborative R&D
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating circular economy principles into technology lifecycles
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and investor boards with data-backed projections
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental learning and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society or similar) preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on disruptive technologies
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ international markets
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Technology Readiness Levels)
- Portfolio of patented innovations or industry-acclaimed tech projects
