Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic R&D investments
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market demands and regulatory landscapes
- Lead innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future solutions
- Assess competitive threats and opportunities in the 2026+ technological ecosystem
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
