Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on long-term tech ethics frameworks
- Patent novel technological approaches for commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM)
- Experience scaling startups to $100M+ valuation
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technological innovations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
