Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and prototyping of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic innovations into core offerings
- Build and maintain relationships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Create compelling technology roadmaps and executive presentations
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify disruptive opportunities
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks affecting future adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong technical background with ability to evaluate complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
