Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation velocity
- Present strategic frameworks to board members and investors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with vendor/partner ecosystems
- Drive ESG compliance in technology procurement and deployment
Qualifications
- 12+ years in enterprise technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and agile methodologies
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio of launched products with 1M+ active users
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation circles
