Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across R&D projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services in high-growth sectors
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and external stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing technology foresight projects or strategic initiatives
