Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 era, aligning technical strategy with business growth goals.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems using modern cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to automate complex workflows.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to gain competitive advantages.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure future compatibility and security.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or technical product management.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in modern front-end frameworks.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
