Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month milestones
- Identify and validate emerging tech trends (quantum computing, Web4, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for R&D collaboration
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt compliance frameworks proactively
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS or hardware products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, decentralized systems, or biotech
- Certified in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile environments
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on technology forecasting
- Strong command of Python and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
