Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech initiatives (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation management
