Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum, Agentic AI) to integrate into core systems.
- Lead a cross-functional R&D team in prototyping and validating breakthrough technologies with high-risk, high-reward potential.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term strategic goals into actionable technical architectures.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen decentralized architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for experimental technologies.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI models.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and timelines.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
