Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable machine learning architectures that align with the strategic vision for 2026 and long-term business growth.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead research into Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI to solve complex enterprise problems.
- Optimize Performance: Implement advanced optimization techniques to ensure low-latency inference and high training efficiency on massive datasets.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and data privacy compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with CUDA and GPU optimization is highly preferred.
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of deep learning, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision algorithms.
- Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using services like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or TensorFlow Serving.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous, undefined problems and deliver innovative architectural solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
