- Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable system architectures that can withstand the demands of next-generation digital experiences.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research projects focused on long-term innovation, evaluating new technologies and prototyping solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability while mentoring a team of senior engineers.
Qualifications
- Strategic Insight: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and integrate bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) into production environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and driving technical decision-making.
