Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to conceptualize and prototype futuristic solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business/Technology
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, MIT Professional Education)
