Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for 2026-era infrastructure
- Design AI-human collaborative systems with ethical governance protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Integrate biometric authentication and neural interfaces into enterprise solutions
- Develop sustainability protocols for energy-efficient data centers
- Prototype metaverse experiences with spatial computing and holographic interfaces
- Consult with C-suite executives on 10-year technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years in advanced R&D
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, post-quantum cryptography, and neuromorphic computing
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Deep understanding of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Rust, Q#, and WebAssembly for quantum-native development
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST IR 8100, EU AI Act)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting implementations
