Responsibilities
- Define the Horizon 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to define long-term technical strategies and architectural standards that align with our vision for 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture & Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems that are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Edge Computing) into our existing infrastructure to drive competitive advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of AI integration patterns and experience with modern ML frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business implications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
