Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption patterns
- Design scalable architectures for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability tech integration
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through patent landscape analysis
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D or innovation strategy
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of patent-protected innovations
- Strong statistical modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and impact assessments
