Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Translate complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and tech accelerators
- Quantify ROI projections for next-gen infrastructure investments
- Mentor junior futurists and drive internal tech literacy programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering with published research in IEEE/Nature
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology adoption curve modeling
- Experience securing $50M+ in tech innovation funding
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for exponential technologies
