Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Architect scalable AI/quantum computing frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-resilient infrastructure systems
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation
- Author white papers on the societal impact of converging technologies
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Expertise in federated learning and ethical AI frameworks
- Track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
