Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in generative AI and neural interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (metaverse, bioinformatics, sustainable tech) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present findings to industry panels and publish thought leadership papers
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (Master's + 5 years equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (3+ projects)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Strong programming skills (Python, C++, Q#) and ML frameworks
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts to business impact
