Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with potential $100M+ market impact
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neurointerfaces, climate-tech) to position Innovatech as industry pioneer
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture capitalists for co-development initiatives
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for 2026 initiatives, optimizing resource allocation for maximum innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech systems
- Track record of launching technologies with $50M+ commercial impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., INSEAD Innovation Certificate)
- Demonstrated ability to secure and manage $10M+ R&D budgets
