Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic roadmap for market expansion and technological innovation
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to align on future-state objectives and KPIs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for future-focused projects
- Partner with product teams to integrate 2026 vision into current roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future trend analysis
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Published thought leadership on future-focused business strategies
