You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to build actionable frameworks that position us at the forefront of the next technological revolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs specializing in future tech
- Present disruptive technology forecasts to investors and board members with ROI projections
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of transformative technologies
- Oversee patent strategy for proprietary innovations in quantum AI and sustainable tech
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with 5+ year impact cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology programs
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio showcasing successful technology commercialization from concept to market
