Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable backend services using Java, Python, or Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, security) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance under high load (millions of concurrent users).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Integrate legacy systems with modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Drive technical decision-making and best practices for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go and experience with Spring Boot or Django.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with React or Angular for frontend integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with event management or large-scale infrastructure projects is a major plus.
