Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with AI focus
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum products
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Prior experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
