Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technology disruptions
- Develop cross-functional implementation roadmaps with measurable ROI projections
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Drive innovation workshops with global partners and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Professional certifications in emerging technologies (preferred)
