Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Project 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Green Tech).
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and validation of prototype technologies.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to foster innovation.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders and investors with clarity and impact.
- Oversee the allocation of R&D resources to maximize ROI and innovation output.
- Develop and mentor a team of high-potential technologists and strategists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term strategic planning.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
