Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech markets and identify disruptive opportunities
- Present visionary technology forecasts to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D sprints focused on 2026 capabilities
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/Silicon Valley experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (NIST, IEEE standards)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., from Singularity University)
