Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum applications, AR/VR)
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technological adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments

Qualifications
