Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on industry verticals by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate commercialization of experimental technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting 2026 projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certification in technology forecasting or strategic innovation management preferred
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholder management
