Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech pioneers
- Translate emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, Web4) into market-ready blueprints
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of responsible innovation frameworks across global operations
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption (IEEE/MIT journals)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for ethical technology deployment
