Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for product development pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation innovation methodologies
- Drive adoption of future-proofing principles across engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight knowledge ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
