Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics, quantum-secure communications, and climate-tech AI
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT, Stanford, and NASA JPL
- Identify market gaps for 2026-2030 and create patent-pending IP portfolios
- Advose C-suite on regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across quantum AI and decentralized web3 ecosystems
- Present breakthrough concepts at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Physics with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or AGI safety
- Experience scaling tech from prototype to $1B+ valuation (e.g., SpaceX, OpenAI)
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7001 ethical AI standards
- Track record of securing DARPA/EU Horizon Europe grants for future-tech initiatives
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Deep knowledge of post-quantum cryptography and zero-knowledge proofs
