Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

- Secure $5M+ in research grants through compelling technical proposals
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor postdocs and establish industry-academic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Strong background in quantum error correction techniques
- Proven ability to secure government/industry research funding
