Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid AI/Quantum computing platforms.
- Optimize deep learning models to run efficiently on next-generation quantum hardware.
- Define the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging algorithms and hardware interfaces to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU acceleration frameworks (CUDA, TensorRT).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
