Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026+ market predictions and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-gen capabilities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or equivalent innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 7+ figures in revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 scale tech transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or strategic partnerships
