Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives to $10M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Experience securing venture capital for experimental technologies
