Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership within tech or Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging technology trends (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI analysis and budgeting
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
